Duties for this position will also include: * Organizes and plan activities for a change. * Provide necessary information to the owner of the change * Organizes CAB meeting and provide necessary inputs * Review and document change plan * Resolve issues related to change * Manages and drives the overall success of the release management cycle. * Responsible for planning and executing the overall releases. * Establish and maintain the integrity and availability of the existing systems. * Work across cross functional teams and environments to plan feature releases considering the release schedule. * Work closely with Quality Assurance testing teams. * Communicate release expectations across all impacted users. * Prepares and manages all release communications Required skills and experience: * 5+ years of technology, project, CAB and/or release management experience * Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies. * Experience in with software change management and managing SDLC environments. * Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence * Experience in leading by influence with development teams and working in multi-team environment * Experience of working in a fast pace environment, navigating through complexities and competing priorities from multiple teams and facilitate cross functional team efforts on releases and DevOps process. * Strong verbal and written communication skills The annual salary for this position is in the \$120,000-\$125,000 range.
