Job Description Job Description Customer Experience Agent (Call Center)

NOTE: Working a consistent Saturday or Sunday, and/or working until 7PM may be required for weekdays. Four day 10 hour shift options are available.

Pay Rate: $16.00-$19.00 /hr DOE, + bonuses after 90 days

This position is in office

As a Customer Service Representative with our growing company. We will work with you every step of the way because we believe we can only be as successful as our employees.

The AirCo Team is looking for self-motivated, upbeat, POSITIVE professionals to join the team. Individuals that can be trusted to provide customer service to both internal and external customers are encouraged to apply. When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. We are a happy, energetic, SMILING team that provides exemplary service to our valued customers!

Work Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8 PM. Potential applicants must be open to all shifts within these hours

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or its equivalent

Positive attitude

Strong work ethic

Professional and energetic communication

Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills

Excellent attendance

Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge

Working knowledge of construction and HVAC industries preferred

Service Titan experience a plus

Job Duties:

Take incoming customer calls

Make outbound calls (no cold calling)

Scheduling service and maintenance appointments

Claiming rebates

Registering HVAC equipment

Communicate with customers and staff to keep jobs running smoothly

Dispatching technicians based on customer needs

Verify/invoice daily Work Orders as complete and accurate

Follow up with customers on completed jobs and problem jobs to insure customer satisfaction

Able to meet month end deadlines
