Job Description: Channel Sales Account Exec will be responsible for servicing existing customers and engaging new customers with Broadcom's wide array of products for enterprise and datacenters. Primarily, the Channel Sales Account Exec will be working with integrators and OEMs to design in Broadcom's Ethernet NiC, SAS HBAs, MegaRAID HBAs, and PCIe Switch products. Responsibilities include: 1. Working with customers on new design platforms/products 2. Collaborating with Broadcom Business Units to identify new opportunities 3. Working with customers and Broadcom's distribution partners to align supply and drive new orders 4. Perform roadmap reviews, Executive business reviews, etc Requirements & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and customers
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers & partners
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in channel management or sales
Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000. OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
