Your Next Big Career Move: Service Advisor located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The Opportunity (Job Purpose): Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities): Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates.

Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.

Work closely with communication with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.

Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.

Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.

Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills): High school diploma or equivalent.

Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.

Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.

Valid driver’s license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.

Priority setting skills

Customer service skills

Technical skills/knowledge

Dependable and reliable attendance required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand and walk; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; simple grasp, firm grasp and fine manipulation; work near moving mechanical equipment; use a variety of air tools and basic hand tools; use safety glasses, gloves, and shoes; talk or hear.
