**Overview**

IGT is looking for an expert digital marketing professional to drive the strategic direction, day-to-day marketing operations, and support services for the digital lottery product with our customer, the Rhode Island Lottery. In this role, the individual will be accountable for crafting and implementing the overall digital lottery marketing plan, growing internet sales, delivering on critical metrics, and supervising the state of the business.

We seek a consensus-builder with passion, energy, and insightfulness who can bring fresh ideas with an analytical mentality. This person pays close attention to detail in a growing portfolio of interactive products for the Rhode Island Lottery.

**Responsibilities**

Work together with IGT and Rhode Island Lottery to:

+ Build, own, and implement a strategic growth plan for the customer’s digital lottery product.

+ Act as the primary point of contact for the customer for all digital lottery marketing-related matters.

+ Find opportunities to improve player experience and develop initiatives accordingly to optimize product features, user interface elements, and player journey flow.

+ Define and implement the marketing plan for player acquisition, activation, and retention.

+ Work together with technical organization to convert business needs to product requirements.

+ Maintain oversight of all site activity and metrics, looking for ways to improve digital channel performance by improving the user experience and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

+ Act as digital lead on all issues related to operating and supporting the Rhode Island Lottery’s digital lottery program; identify, understand, and complete all client needs for multiple interactive projects.

+ Coordinate with data analysts to provide regular reporting on product performance to Lottery.

+ Identify industry trends and incorporate them into ongoing growth strategies. Bring new insights and approaches to the portfolio.

+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to identify and implement customer experience enhancements and issue resolution. Bring up technical concerns appropriately.

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of proven expertise in digital marketing or e-commerce. Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.

+ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA a plus or equivalent experience

+ Strong customer-facing experience

+ Experience in CRM and/or loyalty programs a plus

+ Excellent time-management and social skills

+ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

+ Capable of simultaneously leading strategic initiatives, projects, and production issues

+ Strong follow-through skills

+ Ownership mentality regarding products and performance – takes ownership of problems, opportunities, and requests and finds solutions

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._

_Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
