Director of Business Development

Piper is seeking to hire two Manager/Director, Business Development reporting to the Lead, Director of Sales. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets across the assigned territory. The measure of success of the Manager/Director, Business Development will be increased specification and revenue.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Grow sales a minimum of 10% per year for assigned territory.

Develop and implement credible and successful plans across target accounts/consultants/dealers.

Build sales pipeline to target.

Perform opportunity assessment to determine dealer partners.

Work every opportunity to increase specifications tied to Piper products and solutions.

Develop long term relationships for future growth.

Weekly Sales Reporting and Forecasting.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associate or Culinary degree.

Minimum 3 years’ experience demonstrating success in foodservice equipment manufacturing sales.

Experience in Project management.

Bilingual (Spanish) a bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
