You thrive in being hands on in building, testing and shipping of roll: bikes to order, through our shops, to our retail partners and into the hands of our customers.

Our roll: Bike Technician cares about our roots in the communities we serve and is committed to furthering our mission. They understand that theres more to customer service than just putting things together. This detail oriented individual has a clear focus on order accuracy, quality control, and exceeding expectations that delight customers on delivery. They are self guided and comfortable in working in solo and team situations to achieve the daily goals. Taking ownership and initiative, this process-driven and passionate learner is also keen to look for opportunities to improve our processes, methods and products in ways that have a positive impact on the roll: experience for our team, our partners and our customers. They approach problem solving with humility, openness, and are focused on making the decisions that serve us in the future.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The responsibilities of this roll: Bike Technician include, but are not limited to:
* Roll: Bicycle Assembly. Assembly of new roll: bicycles, each of which are individually built to order from Retail Partner and consumer orders.
* Packing: Properly pack roll: bikes to standards to arrive in as-new, saleable condition. Package label and mark appropriately for assigned carrier and service.
* Order picking: Select product for customer orders, check for and report product or packaging damage, and continue to monitor inventory levels for potential shortfalls.
* Transportation: Transfer of fully assembled roll: bicycles between roll: retail shops, and drop off packed bikes to shippers for distribution to partners and customers.
* Quality Control: Carefully check all completed orders for accuracy, and test ride all completed roll: bikes to ensure safety and build quality standards are met.
* Facilities: Help to maintain a clean and safe environment as required or assigned to assure a businesslike and impressive distribution center for our customers and guests.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required**
* Bicycle service experience is required.
* An organized and systematic approach in all things.
**Preferred**
* Industry certification is a plus but not essential.
* Experience in working for a growth-oriented company
**Desired**
* Technical guru status and enthusiast go-to resource in your group.

* This is a M-F 9-5 role. There may be limited overtime or weekend hours
**COMPENSATION**
Pay scale for this full-time position ranges $13 to $15 hourly dependent upon experience. Other benefits include associate discount programs, and opportunities for advancement
