**Job Summary:**
The Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE), the state’s largest organization for educators, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Finance.
This is a full-time position for a detail-oriented professional with formal financial qualifications and experience in a complex, multi-entity, non-profit organization or Georgia public K-12 school finance administrator. The Director of Finance is responsible for all financial accounting and business filings for day-to-day operations related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation for PAGE, PAGE Foundation, and PAGE Legal Defense, as well as investments, payroll, and employee benefits management. Additionally, the Director of Finance is a member of the PAGE Executive Committee, contributing to the development of the annual budget and analysis of strategic initiatives. The Director of Finance prepares and provides financial reports to the board of directors for PAGE, PAGE Foundation, and PAGE Legal Defense.
The Director of Finance reports to the Executive Director and supervises the Assistant to Finance position.
The Director of Finance position is categorized as “salaried, exempt” and offers a flexible 3/2 hybrid work environment: three days in the PAGE office at 2971 Flowers Road, Suite 151, Atlanta, Georgia, and two days remote. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee all company financial activities, planning, and analysis to ensure financial stability and growth.
The position's start date is Tuesday, Sept. 3.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent mathematical and data analysis skills
· Ability to create and deliver budgets
· 5 plus years’ experience at the supervisory/management level in a finance role
· Knowledge of financial and payroll software ( PAGE uses Netsuite and Paycom )
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
