About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of North American Fulfillment to oversee its distribution and fulfillment network in the North American region. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the efficiency, cost mitigation, and flawless change management of the network. The successful candidate will be responsible for 3PL collaboration, contract management, and creating a roadmap for growth. Essential functions include ensuring that day-to-day activities are executed seamlessly, building strong relationships with both internal and external partners, and implementing risk management strategies. The VP will also be expected to have excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage from the ideation of a strategy to its successful execution.Candidates for the VP of North American Fulfillment position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management and distribution, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale distribution networks, strong financial acumen, and excellent leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in supply chain management software and tools. The position demands a professional with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and who is capable of executive stakeholder management.
