Responsibilities for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and sales leads.
Perform recurring service and sales calls to drive revenue.
Conduct "Happy Calls" to ensure customer satisfaction with services performed.
Process payments and handle financing for customers as needed.
Qualifications for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Sales experience is highly desirable.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
