Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview: A firstPRO client in the life science/medical devices space is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing sales compensation plans. Previous experience with commission in an Analyst role is required. For this role, our client is looking to hire on a contract to hire basis, with a full time salary up to 95k, plus bonus. This role is hybrid, reporting 3 days onsite, and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee commission plans for multiple business units and sales teams.
Assist in creating and implementing commission models and quotas.
Ensure compliance with company policies in sales compensation practices.
Conduct internal audits to maintain data integrity.
Resolve sales commission issues and identify systemic problems.
Provide support and training to sales team members regarding compensation inquiries and errors.
Develop and deliver sales compensation reports and dashboards for leadership.
Collaborate with HR and sales teams for accurate commission calculations and payouts.
Continuously improve sales compensation processes and systems.
Work with IT and operations to automate compensation processes.
Qualifications
3-5 years of sales commission financial analyst experience
Bachelors in Finance or accounting or related field
A Territory Mapping software is a strong plus
ability to go onsite 3 days a week
