This **Financial Analyst** is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and providing on-site financial support to the Site’s operational leaders in **Malvern, PA** . The **Financial Analyst** is responsible for providing financial oversight and driving financial decisions to support revenue growth and improve profitability.

**The Role:**

+ Provide support for annual strategic planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and weekly outlook of financial performance

+ Establish and update standard costs

+ Lead annual physical inventory count

+ Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance groups to identify inventory at-risk of obsolescence; and then assist in disposal of obsolete inventory as needed

+ Variance Analysis: Analyze actual production expenses and prepare periodic reports comparing forecast costs to actual production costs

+ Margin Analysis: Lead in developing and verifying data relevant to cost accounting and margin analysis

+ Support month-end close, prepare journal entries, and Balance Sheet reconciliations of assigned accounts

+ Ensure SOX related activities are conducted as documented, help coordinate changes as required, and work with internal auditors in the review and testing of SOX related processes

+ Other duties as assigned

**The Candidate:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required

+ CPA, CPA Candidate, or MBA/MSA preferred

+ 2+ years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field

+ Ability to work with all levels of operating and finance management

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and financial control

+ Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
