Outside Sales Manager

Our client, a wholesale distribution company in the B2B supply space is looking for an Outside Sales Manager to join their successful team. The company is family owned with 35+ years in business, and is a leading in their space. They are profitable, growing and looking for a salesperson to help them secure new business and grow existing accounts. This person will be responsible for covering territory in the North Bay, and will be a fully remote role on the road meeting customers five days per week.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers
Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow market share
Work closely with Branch Personnel to nurture sales leads
Provide technical support and logistics support to customers
Maintain up-to-date electronic sales pipeline (Salesforce software)
Foster a spirit of superior customer service and mutual respect among coworkers
Reports to the Director of Sales
Requirements:
3 years of Outside Sales Experience
Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
Strong sense of urgency with work
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
Polished interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team or independently
Organized and effective time management skills
Ability to plan and prioritize
Consistent positive attitude
Strong work and personal ethics
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
