Responsibilities
+ Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead and manage a team of warehouse workers, providing training and performance management.
+ Inventory Management: Oversee the storage, organization, and tracking of inventory, conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
+ Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods, coordinating with carriers and logistics providers.
+ Process Optimization: Implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).
+ Safety and Compliance: Enforce compliance with safety standards, conduct safety drills, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
+ Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed.
