Description:
+ Create & maintain a client experience from preconstruction through warranty
+ Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
+ Develop and maintain the construction project schedule
+ Update and project job costs
+ Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
+ Process change events & associated change orders
+ Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
+ Assist Superintendent with site logistics & management
+ Participate in site safety
+ Review project quality
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ PM needs $10M minimum project experience, Sr. PM needs $25M+.
+ 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within our core project types
+ Successfully started and finished project of $20M and above
+ Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
+ Strong presentation skills
