About this Opportunity:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client as an Inhouse solar sales manager .

Responsibilities:

Responsible for building the inside sales department from the ground up.

Uphold honor, ethics, and morals in all of your actions.

You will be expected to provide white-glove service to our customers.

You must uphold professionalism and respect for all employees, 1099 contractors, customers, and potential customers as a representative of Dawn to Dusk Solar.

You must maintain exceptional leadership and industry knowledge.

You are expected to drive revenue growth.

You will be expected to grow the team to a minimum of 35 installed sales per month within 90 days from signing.

The cancellation rate for sold jobs should never exceed 25%. Expectation is under 20%.

You must keep track of leads and volume and keep the CRM updated.

You are responsible for the daily standup call, check in calls, and overall internal sales morale, metrics, and growth.

You will be responsible for team management, including daily meetings and daily (5/7 days) door-knocking. Be a player-coach.

You will be expected to provide sales mentoring to your team.

A budget will be provided to you for team incentives. This budget will grow in accordance with sales volume.

Competencies

5+ years of solar sales management experience

Strong understanding of solar finance concepts and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive problem-solving skills

Compensation and Work Environment

Independent Contractor with base salary– based on experience with bonus and Incentives for meeting and exceeding goals. Average first year between 60-70K.

Room for growth for top performers.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
