Our client is looking for Account Executives to join their growing team in Dallas! This company just received Series C funding and is in major growth mode , offering huge opportunities for promotion and earnings. They’re seeking driven, coachable, and outgoing candidates eager to succeed in a fast-paced software environment.
Base + UNCAPPED Commissions
Year 1 OTE: $135K–$150K+
Catered Lunches Monday–Friday
ClassPass, Netflix, Hulu & Peloton Subscriptions
Transparent Career Growth & Promotions
MUST HAVE:
1+ year of sales or outbound/full-desk recruiting experience
Proven hunter mentality — must have prospected & closed deals
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (80–100/day)
Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
