Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead and encourage the People Services team, comprising 10 HR professionals across diverse domestic and international sites, to become strategic partners in driving organizational excellence. Directly supervise two key reports and lead all aspects of the development and implementation of HR processes aligned with Masco and HR strategies.

Business Partnership: Act as a collaborative liaison between corporate Supply Chain & Service leaders and HR, translating business strategies into actionable people insights. Serve as a pivotal member of both the HR and Supply Chain & Service leadership teams, influencing executive decision-making through the strategic deployment of talent-related initiatives encompassing engagement, performance, development, succession planning, and organizational design.

Talent Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive talent and organizational diagnoses to align with overarching business objectives. Prioritize and implement solutions that yield maximum impact, ensuring the efficient utilization of human capital to drive sustained business success.

Agile Leadership: Lead the People Services team with agility, adeptly balancing day-to-day operational demands with long-term strategic imperatives. Continuously evaluate, prioritize, and sequence initiatives to align with evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of workforce analytics to discern actionable trends, diagnose root causes, and devise targeted interventions sought at accelerating organizational progress. Leverage industry best practices to advise decision-making and drive performance optimization.

Global Engagement: Demonstrate a willingness to immerse oneself in the operational realities of the business by traveling approximately 20%, primarily to manufacturing sites in the Midwest, with occasional international travel to cultivate global collaboration and alignment.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

10+ years of related experience across various subject areas within human resources.

Strong client relationship leadership skills and confirmed experience in developing consultative relationships with executive & senior leaders, including the ability to influence decision-makers.

Focused approach to drive complex, or multiple simultaneous, projects to successful completion with agility to pivot based on business needs.

Understands the changing and dynamic workforce landscape in North American manufacturing.

Excellent at building and leading through relationships across the HR organization – with peers, upwards, and with center of excellence partners.

Financial competence: Track record of working with numbers and financial data.

Preferred: Executive coaching certification.
