Wat verwachten wij van jou als onze nieuwe IT business analyst? Je bewaakt samen met je collega’s de datamanagement cultuur van SEBECO
Je begeleidt en adviseert organisaties op bestuurlijk niveau over strategieën om efficiënter te werken (zoals de inzet van learning statistics of over de datastrategie van een gemeente)
Digitale features en oplossingen analyseren en uitwerken vanuit het perspectief van de eindgebruiker is jouw ding
Je stelt datamodellen op en werkt strategiekaarten en roadmappen uit die erop gericht zijn tot een hogere ‘data’ volwassenheidsniveau te komen
Je helpt met het inrichten van datagedreven toezicht, het herinrichten van bedrijfsprocessen of het data-ecosysteem
Door het proactief beheren, testen en opvolgen van jouw projecten, garandeer je de kwaliteit ervan
Je communiceert duidelijk en constructief met de verschillende stakeholders
Je vergemakkelijkt de samenwerking en fungeert als doorgeefluik tussen de IT-teams en de andere afdelingen (Marketing, Operations, Process, Legal enz.)
Je bent betrokken bij de functionele en technische business consulting cyclus van A tot Z

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master diploma
Ervaring is geen vereiste
