An academic and culture leader, one of two in the grant’s structure, is sought to bring student-centric services and an innovative vision to bear on the initiative’s development, continual improvement, and fulfillment of its commitment to the Department sponsoring the work.

In addition to the research and teaching role as faculty member, the successful candidate will establish a faculty research cluster focused on information and computing technologies as well as lead three areas of program development. In collaboration with RU faculty and leadership, the successful candidate will design, earn accreditation for, and implement three graduate degree programs (two MS degrees to start and a doctoral degree later) over the duration of the grant and assist in developing a vertically integrated research ecosystem supporting underrepresented STEM students.
