Role: Integral part of the business office that provides support in the day-to-day operations by performing tasks at the direction of the Home Office Team.
Responsibilities:
Providing accounting and clerical assistance
Cash management
Accounting/Reconciliation work
Data entry
• Assists in completing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes: Reviews purchase order file and matches invoices, maintains orderly AP invoice files as needed.
Cash Management: Balancing and calculating daily credit card cash and posting.
Maintaining orderly and accurate accounting records.
Preparing budget and cash flow forecasts.
Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
Ensuring financial obligations are met by the organization
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree in Business/Accounting (preferred)
• Previous accounts payable experience (Required)
• Proficiency in Excel
