Our client is a prominent national company specializing in advanced power systems, including engines, generators, replacement parts, and services for critical standby power applications, with a focus on high-stakes environments worldwide. They deliver customized solutions for base load, peaking, and emergency power needs in stationary applications, engineered to meet specific client specifications. Their backup power systems support essential operations in various facilities, such as medical centers, water and wastewater treatment plants, manufacturing sites, telecommunications hubs, electric power cooperatives, and other critical infrastructure.
THE JOB:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join their team. This role is essential for managing and expanding the customer base, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and support. The Sales Representative will work closely with both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure they are receiving optimal service.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to 8-10 accounts per day with an account deck of 75-125 accounts within a specific territory.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the wide range of product offerings to effectively meet customer needs.
THE QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of relevant industry experience in the industry selling parts & service
Strong communication skills
Personable, accountable, with a strong work ethic.
THE BENEFITS: 42.5k base and inherit a territory that is already performing (plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions over your first 6 months)
Year 1 Income: 100k
Year 3 Income: 150k
