This Female Athlete Program Social Worker will be responsible for:
+ Performing psychosocial and risk assessments, assigns diagnoses and develops and implements interventions and treatment plans.
+ Participating in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans and collaborates with health care team and community agencies to plan
+ Implementing and following up on treatment and provision of needed services.
To qualify, you must have:
+ Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.
+ Previous eating disorder experience highly preferred
+ Ability to obtain Certification for Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), BCH will cover cost
+ Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
+ Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates are encouraged to apply
Position is currently based in Waltham (free parking!). Program will be moving to a location within the greater Boston area in late 2024. The program will also expand after their move. There is a potential for a remote/on site hybrid schedule.
