Job Summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its national M&A / ESG Due Diligence practice in Dallas, TX. This individual will serve a key function in fueling the continued growth of Langan’s M&A / ESG Due Diligence practice and will consult with clients in all sectors and geographies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join and lead a dynamic group performing high-level consulting for legal, industrial, and financial sector clients on some of the industry’s most complex and exciting projects.

Job Responsibilities

Drive business development for Langan’s ESG M&A practice through the identification and integration of new projects and clients, while expanding relationships and service offerings with existing clientele;

Serve as a leader, mentor and technical advisor to a high-performing team of ESG M&A professionals;

Conduct EHS and ESG Due Diligence and deal support for a variety of legal, financial, and industrial clients;

Assist clients with post-merger integration and compliance;

Assist in recruiting M&A and ESG Talent; and

Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field;

15+ years of relevant experience, ideally as an ESG M&A consultant;

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements;

Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software;

Strong attention to detail;

Strong customer service skills and responsiveness to client needs;

Ability to multi-task effectively;

Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;

Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performance team;

Ability to develop and manage project budgets;

Effectively manage multiple clients and projects;

Ability to effectively expand client relationships while generating new relationships, projects and revenue through business development;

Ability to travel to jobsites and/or client locations; and

Reliable transportation to access remote job sites and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
