Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior Manager - Growth Analytics to join the Revenue Growth team at Freshworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building an experimentation strategy, roadmap, measurement techniques for paid ads, web conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing programs, and driving insights from product usage. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll help drive highly influential projects related to measurement, marketing acquisition, in-product engagement, and expansion. This is a great opportunity to introduce and build an experimentation strategy at Freshworks. You’ll have prior experience in user segmentation methodologies, causal inference techniques, split testing, and product analytics. You have developed experimentation and analysis frameworks for high-volume operations, preferably in PLG setups. In this role, you’ll work closely with Traffic and acquisition, Web conversion rate optimization, and Adoption and retention teams to drive growth.
What you’ll do at Freshworks:
Collaborate with owners across channels, web, in-product, and email to run experiments that deliver on our commercial goals
Define appropriate hypotheses, design measurement plans, manage experiments through built-to-go-live, analyze data, and generate meaningful insights that are documented and understood across teams
Understand funnels, user behavior, and trends in the adoption of our products to identify and influence opportunities for step-changes
Craft compelling dashboards and visualizations to “tell the story” of the business
Analyze user needs and identify/prioritize the problems, pain, and pleasure points (via analytics, behaviors, clicks/conversions, funnels, etc..)
Develop data science solutions to identify insights into product adoption and retention and performance of marketing messages & notifications
Create custom visual displays of quantitative information by writing queries and scripts and developing automated reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale.
Define data testing plans and create methodologies that help teams to iterate fast and release new features for testing and, if successful, roll out to all users globally
Provide feedback to teams on the impact of experiments: target launch metrics, A|B testing, post-launch metrics
Collaborate with Marketing Ops & technology to ensure the right data and tech infrastructure are available to conduct experiments at scale
Help advance the culture around experimentation and processes within Freshworks
Lead & coach a team of Growth analytics professionals
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in SaaS
BS/MS in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science)
Experience using Statistical techniques, including correlation analysis, design of experiments, A/B testing, linear and nonlinear regressions, logistic regression, sampling and resampling methods, time series, and longitudinal analysis
Experience with product tracking tools such as Amplitude & Heap is a plus

Washington Pay Range: $180,000 - $292,500+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
