Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant at Cellars at Pearl.

As a Front Desk Attendant , you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service both in person and by telephone to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities

Maintain visitor lists and logs.

Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.

Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.

Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.

Follow up on maintenance work orders.

Qualifications One year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.

Class A Multifamily experience, preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Excellent communication skills

Professional image

Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position type: hourly, part-time with competitive pay; Position location: San Antonio, TX; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
