Job Overview:

Job summary and Responsibilities
Support, manage, maintain, and document both internal and customer Storage environments.
Write and review change procedures and attend CAB meetings for Storage environment.
Resolve performance, security, and reliability issues with production Storage environments.
Configuration and support for EMC and Pure Storage environment
Development, maintenance and management of monitoring systems and tools.
Development, maintenance, and management of applications that support our Internal Storage infrastructure and services.
Participate in the overall design and management of the internal storage environment.
Drive to remote DCs and rack/stack new storage systems.
Must Have / experience
5+ years professional experience with EMC Hardware and Software
5+ years professional experience with Pure Storage Hardware and Software
Working Knowledge of Cisco MDS switches and configuration
How are the primary skills / experience applied?
To be applied in the daily storage management, Tasks will include storage provisioning, system racking, cabling, monitoring, and troubleshooting, storage migration, capacity planning
Other Nice to Have's
Working Knowledge of EMC Avamar/Data Domain and Commvault backup solutions
Strong knowledge of high availability / DR solutions
Knowledge in supporting storage connected to various operating systems (AIX, Solaris, VMware, RHEL)
Knowledge of Cisco UCS blade and server and Dell server hardware
How are the secondary skills / experience applied? Support of applications and deploying of systems in the production storage environments.
Experience with VMware
Knowledge of Oracle DB.
Knowledge of web application platforms:
