Work with various stakeholders to architect, design and implement strategic business initiatives to provide best customer experience, and scalable core banking solution.
Work in Agile methodology and run scrum team for core banking platforms across lending and deposits.
Prioritize the quarterly deliveries and sprint activities based on business.
Requires: Master’s degree (U.S.
or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role or Bachelor’s degree (U.S.
or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role.
Prior work experience must include three (3) years of experience (with Master’s degree) OR five (5) years of experience (with Bachelor’s degree) with the following: project or program management with experience of handling technically complex, cross divisional activities; utilizing verbal and written presentation skills to effectively communicate technical and business requirements; manage the product roadmap and assist in overseeing the creation and launch of new products; participating in high level architectural and engineering discussions to accurately manage stakeholder communication; and utilizing Jira, Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) with an understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile and waterfall models.
