Destify is seeking an unstoppable Sales Manager to lead our fierce sales team to new heights. We're looking for a proven leader with an insatiable drive to succeed, who can develop and execute sales strategies that will catapult our company to the top of the destination wedding industry.

You're a born leader with a track record of driving results. You have an unshakeable belief in your team's ability to succeed, and you know how to push them to achieve the impossible. You're a master motivator, a strategic thinker, and a relationship-building powerhouse. You will:
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals
Identify and ruthlessly pursue new market opportunities and customer segments
Build and lead a sales team of hungry, high-performing professionals
Provide relentless coaching, mentorship, and performance management to drive results
Foster a competitive, high-energy sales culture where complacency is not an option
Optimize sales operations, metrics, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
Strategic thinking skills and a relentless drive to solve problems and overcome obstacles
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Entrepreneurial background and/or experience with EOS or Scaling Up a plus
