A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a Projects (Regulatory) Associate Attorney to oversee regulatory aspects related to the development, financing, purchase and sale, and operation of energy projects nationwide. The role will primarily focus on power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, grid and transmission issues, with a special emphasis on the renewable energy sector.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to FERC electricity regulations.
Draft and review power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and other project documents.

Requirements:
4-8 years of legal experience in FERC electricity regulations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
