You are an experienced Product Director who thrives in leading the strategic development, execution, and implementation of data platform roadmaps. You excel at translating insights into actionable product strategies and features, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives. The idea of being our first data platform hire excites you, as you'll be responsible for driving the entire process, leveraging your expertise and third parties to ensure our product meets both technical standards and business objectives. You demonstrate proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve product performance. You love blending strategic roadmap direction with rolling up your sleeves and building product. As our first data product and technical expert, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our inaugural data platform to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Product Director - Data Platform Solutions will be responsible for…
Defining and iterating on our data platform product vision and roadmap, in collaboration with executive leadership.
Ensuring a deep understanding of user needs, technology capability and trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams through all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Leverage contractors to build the data platform, data architecture, and data model for patient risk stratification and validation of partner-specific data sets.
Procure and maintain the necessary applications and licenses required by developers.
Defining intuitive workflows, conducting usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into product design decisions.
Utilizing data analytics and BI tools to gather insights, track key metrics, and make informed decisions to improve product performance.
Regularly developing and providing analytics and KPI reports to leadership.
Engaging with stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to gather requirements and solicit feedback throughout the product life cycle.
Serving as a subject matter expert, representing products internally and externally through presentations, demos, webinars, and other channels as needed.

You’ll definitely succeed if you have:
Proven experience in a product management, development, or a related technical role.
Strong technical expertise with data platform products in healthcare or behavioral health.
Understanding of data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and experiment design.
A comfort with, and an enjoyment for, being a trailblazer within a company – dealing with ambiguity, setting direction, and then making the vision a reality.
Extensive experience in leading the product development efforts and crafting strategic roadmaps from conception to execution.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
The ability to set a vision for the product and align with business goals.
Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Strong negotiation and influence skills to manage internal and external expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development and deployment.
Ability to drive momentum and execution in an ambiguous environment.
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology solutions.

8-10 years of experience in technical product management at high-growth healthcare or health technology companies
Data platform experience
Demonstrated experience with specific Electronic Medical Record applications like Epic
