Digital Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator has direct responsibility role in supporting marketing and engagement efforts, and ensuring their seamless execution. This role will collaborate with various departments to create, implement, and monitor electronic marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting the LQR brand and driving business growth.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads or sales.
Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, testing, and analysis.
Oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and develop content calendars to maintain a consistent online presence.
Coordinate and execute online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and share insights with the team.
Requirement
5+ years in Marketing REQUIRED
5+ years in Digital Marketing REQUIRED
Experience coordinating digital branding and social engagement.
Experience supporting marketing teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits: 50k-55k
