Job Responsibilities
Develop applications using Java, JSF, Prime faces, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Write SQL queries on daily basis to retrieve, update or insert data into MySQL database.
Analyze all new requirements and determine appropriate software design or software design changes required within the enterprise architectural platform and document the same using enterprise process and tools.
Translate software design into tangible code and software functions which meets the requirement of the users. Test new functionality developed and provide support to the Quality Assurance Team to ensure the solution developed is as per the requirements requested by the users and is defect free. Provide solutions and help the users overcome their problems so that business goals are achieved.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related field plus 2 years’ experience in job offered or 2 years’ experience in related occupation using experience in the following: J2EE framework; JSF; EJB; Web Services; JMS; JavaScript; CSS; HTML; JQuery; Eclipse; IBM RAD; WebSphere Application Servers; Maven; ANT/Cruise Control; CA-SCM or SVN or CVS; Selenium; and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
In lieu of master’s degree, employer will accept bachelor’s degree in above listed fields plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related occupation. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
