Project Executive | Technical TI | Bay Area
We are partnering with a well respected General Contractor on a key Project Executive hire leading highly technical tenant improvement work.
This role sits at the intersection of operations and preconstruction. You will lead a team, stay close to estimating, and play an active role in how projects are delivered.
Looking for someone who:
Enjoys mentoring and developing Project Managers and Project Engineers
Can balance leadership with being hands on when needed
Brings experience with complex, technical construction projects such as life sciences, manufacturing, data centers, or heavy MEP TI
