We're seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy. In this position, you'll be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and employing both phone and in-person sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Secure a minimum of two new clients per week through proactive sales efforts.
Decision-Maker Engagement: Meet with key decision-makers to assess their needs and secure new accounts.
Sales Outreach: Conduct a combination of 100 weekly sales calls, including both phone and in-person visits, with a focus on 60 connections with DM's.
Strategic Planning: Develop Sales Action Plans for your top 20 prospects and quarterly sales plans to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, arrange meetings, and coordinate tailored presentations based on prospects' needs.
Territory Management: Execute a daily sales plan to optimize the territory.
Efficiency Optimization: Maximize sales efficiency by utilizing account classification and territory management systems effectively.
Key Account Development: Identify and regularly follow up with key accounts, cultivating unique value-added sales opportunities such as knowledge-based campaigns and strategic calls.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our product and service lines.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the staffing and placement services offered by our organization, along with pricing techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Previous B2B sales or B2C sales required.
