TECHNE, based in San Diego, specializes in designing and developing various projects, with a unique focus on the Cannabis industry where we've successfully delivered over 100 projects known for their beauty, innovation, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities with us will include:

Playing a key leadership role, overseeing all project phases from Programming to Construction.

Applying your technical expertise across various project and construction types.

Developing and utilizing exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Reviewing and approving proposals, reports, and contract documents.

Establishing and maintaining industry relationships with clients, sub-consultants, and potential recruits.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

A California Architect’s License

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience (6 as a Project Architect).

LEED AP certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of engineering systems and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Excellent client communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Confidence in conducting project presentations, including in public forums.

Strong mentoring, written, and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture
