Digital Remedy is looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast growing Sales team. The Sales Manager will focus not only on connecting Brands and independent agencies with how Flip can offer smarter ways to buy, manage, optimize, and measure their OTT campaigns but will also manage and mentor a small team of 2-3 sellers. + The Sales Manager is responsible for creating a layer of accountability and structure that will allow for a more strategic management focus.
+ This position will have a book of business where they will identify and sell new media solutions to businesses and agencies, helping them connect with their customers/users.
+ Engage in new, and developing existing, relationships at the C-suite, VP and Director level at target clients.
+ Create narratives with beginning, middle and end to explain complex processes, ideas or events.
+ Prepare, present and close new business through industry events, virtual meetings and conferences.
+ Enter daily sales activity, meetings, calls, emails opportunities, pipeline, and deals into Digital Remedy CRM.
+ Show consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
+ Manage client relationships inclusive of strategy recommendation and up-selling.
+ Ability to manage and coach a team of 2-3 sellers
+ A strong set of existing relationships with independent agencies and brands directly
+ 5+ years of experience working at a media sales organization selling brand advertising campaigns, strong OTT experience a plus. OR 2+ years as an outside salesperson focused on enterprise DTC brands
+ Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Advertising or startup preferred
+ Track record of success in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
+ Knowledge of OTT/CTV and OTT/CTV industry landscape a plus
+ Skilled in new business development while communicating effectively with senior management
+ Excellent customer facing skills specifically with regard to negotiation
+ Experience with CRM management a plusHard-working and persistent, ensuring delivery of great results, go-getter attitude
