You are a project manager at heart and will develop concrete, detailed plans for customer onboarding projects, including the schedule, milestones, duties of each team members (internal and external), and project goals while Identifying and implementing delivery model improvements focused on optimizations that will be valuable to the customer and company.
Additionally, you will focus on facilitating the delivery of the service by establishing the relationship with the customer, agreeing to the points of interaction and escalation, managing the services budget, and ensuring the continuous delivery of the service according to the SLA. You will continually monitor projects to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and progress according to plan and communicate key billing triggers and timelines for invoicing to the accounting department while proactively identifying risks to delivery and drive the implementation of the appropriate solution to reduce the likelihood of escalations and/or delivery impact to the client.
This position will have direct reports and you will be responsible to recruit, interview, hire, train new staff, oversee the daily workflow of the department, provide constructive and timely performance evaluations, and handle the discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred
* 3-5 years applicable project coordination experience
* Expressed interest in project management and desire for professional development in this field
* Detail-oriented, multi-task-masters with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances
* A self-starter, positive attitude and tenacious approach to all aspects of the job
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
The hiring manager for this role is Clara Carestia, Manager of Service Delivery. Clara leads the Service Delivery department with functional responsibility that includes project management and coordination, technical implementation, and customer support. Clara has been with Dizzion for 5+ years and brings a broad range of skills and experience working in different functions throughout.

**Compensation**
* $70,000 - $85,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
* Quarterly bonus program
