Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and execution of formwork rental and sales projects.
Conduct facility inspections/audits to ensure safety and quality standards.
Assist in managing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety in alignment with company policies and practices.
Foster and maintain customer relationships to enhance the company's project procurement capabilities, minimize risk, and promote operational efficiency and excellence.
Plan and coordinate material and equipment schedules to optimize their efficient utilization.
Manage all vendor contracts, including the related processes and procedures.
Undertake special projects and fulfill any other duties needed to support the organization.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 6 months of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels, as well as with customers and vendors.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to effectively analyze and organize substantial information pertaining to plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
In-depth understanding of safety protocols, including OSHA requirements and regulations.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and jobsite visits.
