What You'll Do:
Manage various phases of tilt-up construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Ensure all projects comply with California building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and regular progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining project transparency.
Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to address potential issues.
Lead project meetings, setting clear objectives and expectations for team members.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.
Resolve on-site conflicts between workers, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining project continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor project performance against timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities, maintaining comprehensive project records.
What We'll Provide:
The annual rate for this role is $115,000-$155,000 based on the experience you bring.
