Client Service Associate (Denver)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in the investment world and wants a career, not a job! We are looking for a candidate that wants to learn and grow in this role. Primary responsibility is to initially support the team in sales, marketing and day-to-day operations of a growing branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs
Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones, take messages and schedule appointments
Assist participants with various needs
Learn and adapt to service needs of various accounts in order to answer day-to-day questions
Quickly develop knowledge of forms and account procedures in order to assist clients
Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and concepts
Enhance relationships with advisors through timely and accurate responses to questions, and act with integrity and respect in all situations
Database management of contacts and associates
Oversee marketing efforts
Special projects as assigned
Local office interaction with other support members, Financial Advisors and Management
Qualifications : Some experience working in Finance/Broker-Dealer/Investment background is preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or willingness to become licensed will be considered
Must be a team player with a proactive, positive, problem-solving disposition
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work
Able to interface and articulate well with employees, vendors and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly manner
Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment
Compensation:
For job postings in Colorado, Oppenheimer is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
