RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with management across 5-10 client accounts. Creating and fostering these relationships
Can speak in detail about SEO, PPC and social-advertising strategies, though having the experience to execute on these types of digital strategies, independently, is not required.
+Developing executable strategies designed to meet the clients needs/goals.
Retaining and growing accounts by actively identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities with your clients that offer mutual benefit
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years digital marketing experience; ideally 2 years in an agency accounts role w/ a track record of retaining and growing accounts
At least 1 year in B2B marketing
A proven track record of measurably moving the needle on client performance through developing and leading the execution of B2B marketing strategies
Can speak in detail about winning SEO, PPC and social-advertising strategies, though having the experience to execute on these types of digital strategies, independently, is not required

Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee is eligible for 120 hours of PTO per calendar year including vacation and
sick time. Employees earn 10 hours of PTO per month, effective immediately. Employees starting after the first
day of the month earn pro-rated PTO during that first month based on the start date. New employees are eligible
to use their available PTO after 90 days of employment.
Holiday Pay - RedRover will close its offices to observe six holidays per year where employees will be paid their
base salary for those days. Paid holidays are New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, and Christmas Day.
Healthcare, Dental and Vision RedRover offers a healthcare benefit to its employees with a prescription drug
benefit, vision, and dental that is available the first of the month following the first 30 days of employment.
Example: If hired on 8/5, your enrollment period ends on 9/4 but your insurance will not go into effect until 10/1.
Currently, RedRover covers 50% of the employees healthcare, dental and vision premiums. Additional spousal
and/or family coverage, as well as voluntary insurance options such as short-term disability, hospital indemnity,
life insurance, cancer coverage, critical care and accident indemnity are also available at employee's expense. (See
Custom Kibble.)
Retirement Full-time employees are eligible after one year of employment. Part-time employees are eligible if
they worked 1000 or more hours over the prior year. Eligibility comes with a company match in RedRover's 401(k)
retirement account. Matching opportunity is as follows: 100% of first 1% and 50% of next 5%. So, if an employee
contributes 6%, RedRover will match up to 3.5% of those contributions. Matching fully vests in two years from
hire date.
Escalating PTO Reward Beginning at the third anniversary of employment, employees receive four additional
hours of PTO for every year of employment. A maximum of 200 hours of PTO can be earned. (Example: At the
three-year anniversary, the employee earns four additional PTO hours. At the four-year anniversary, the
employee earns eight additional hours of PTO. At the five-year anniversary, the employee earns 12 additional
hours of PTO.)
Flexible Hours You may begin your workday anytime between 7:30 A.M. Central Time and 9:30 A.M. Central
Time, as long as you stick to a consistent schedule and communicate it to the team. Adjustments for important
and/or established meetings will be needed.

Unpugged (Vacation Reimbursement Benefit) Employees are eligible for up to $2K a year in reimbursement
for vacation expenses. Accrual begins after one year of employment and is based on the percentage of the year
you were employed the previous year.
Custom Kibble (Flex Benefits) After 90 days, employees begin accruing up to a maximum of $1K/year in
reimbursement benefits. The total dollar amount is based upon eligibility.
Eligible expenses fall into these categories:
Pet insurance (If purchased through Embrace)
Daycare expenses
Class Pass (fitness benefit) or gym membership
Reimbursement for the employee portion of healthcare, dental and/or vision
AFLAC benefits (short-term disability, hospital indemnity, life insurance, cancer coverage, critical care and
accident indemnity)
Professional Training and Development
Full-time employees will accrue $83.33 in flex dollars each month deposited on the last working day of each
month. Part-time employees are also eligible on a pro-rated basis, based on their average work schedule in the
preceding 12-month period prior to the beginning of each year, which begins the first business day of January
each year.
Bundle of Joy (Paid Parental Leave Benefit) Full-time employees with a year of full-time tenure with the
company are eligible for:
Eight weeks of disability leave for mothers related to pregnancy.
Two weeks of paid leave for both parents related to pregnancy for bonding time.
Two weeks of paid leave for parents of newly adopted minor children for bonding time.
Work Hard Play Hard (Adjusted Work Week Benefit) Pack members have the option to work a 4.5-day work
week 10 hours Monday through Thursday (including a 1-hour lunch break) and 4 hours Friday morning. As such,
RedRovers offices will be closed each Friday from 12:30-5 pm.
