Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.
Position Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Design department for our growing North American organization.
Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction, design and maintenance projects, including working with outside vendors and contractors.
Manage third party professionals such as architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and other contractors.
Build and maintain successful internal relationships with departments such as Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Facilities.
Supervise due diligence, construction entitlements, budgets, architectural design reviews, site engineering, permitting, scheduling and project coordination from start to completion.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree.
20+ years of construction leadership experience.
10+ years of proven management and development of large teams.
Experience managing and directing large scale industrial projects, such as 1 million+ square-foot warehouses.
