We are looking for candidates who love and excel at customer service and communication and would like to continue to learn and grow within the veterinary field. - is capable of working with multiple phone lines as well as clients on the other side of the front counter- all at the same time, and make each feel well taken care of.

- wants to learn the nuances of veterinary conditions to a level that makes them comfortable with and skilled in triaging phone calls

- is comfortable assisting with, restraining, and interacting with patients (canine and feline predominantly).
- is comfortable in discussing fees, invoices, accepting various forms of payment, and balancing financials at day's end.
- can stay calm and efficient during a medical emergency
- can accurately record information in medical records, maintain surgical equipment, and perform clinical laboratory procedures
- has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- has common sense, a sense of humor, a love of animals, and a desire to work in an environment where the Team is valued.
