A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
+ Planning and Reporting - Conduct complete monthly financial forecasting, oversee month-end closing processes, participate in annual budget development and perform ROI analysis.
+ Process Improvement – Enhance process efficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your goal will be to deepen understanding of expense drivers and anticipate future trends, all while taking ownership and ensuring plan delivery.
+ Leadership – Deliver presentations to executive management, oversee monthly variance analysis, and identify and communicate risks.
+ Business Partnering - Work cross-functionally with Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to drive business performance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
+ Experience working with multiple and challenging priorities with time constraints
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others at all organizational levels
+ Experience in financial planning and analysis with the ability to tell stories with data
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
