Delivery Consultant

**What does a successful Delivery Consultant do at Fiserv?**

As a successful Delivery Consultant, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving the credit processing P&L and client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

**What you will do:**

+ Lead and conduct client delivery consulting for Fiserv’s Implementations and Service groups

+ Provide input for improving and enhancing client project intake processes

+ Serve as a key facilitator that ensures a seamless client experience

+ Be an influencer in communication and engagement for the team

+ Recognize and assist with improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies with product implementations and support capabilities in service and delivery

**What you will need to have:**

+ 10+ years of experience in business implementations or operations

+ 5+ years of experience in the Payments Industry

+ 5+ years of experience in effectively driving delivery in various delivery models and methodologies

+ Strong experience in client relationship building and driving products for our clients

**What would be great to have:**

+ Knowledge of Optis and related systems

+ Operational consulting experience
