**Qualifications:**
+ BSN
+ Unencumbered Washington RN license
+ 2+ years of experience as an RN
+ 2+ years of experience in an SNF
+ 2+ years of supervisory experience
**What you'll do:**
+ Assist with planning and ongoing education of staff, as well as conducting staff orientation.
+ Utilize strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between teams.
+ Ensure all Infection Control precautions and trainings are done to avoid potential exposure.
+ Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents.
+ Other duties as directed by the DON or Administrator.
**Schedule:**
+ Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
+ NO On-Call
+ Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
+ Salary of up to $140k
+ Medical, Dental, Vision, life, and STD, and 403b benefits available 1 st of the month after 30 days
+ Tuition reimbursement
+ Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
+ Relocation assistance available for the right candidate!
