Job Description
Role: Chief Architect Digital and Data
Location: Remote
Client: Orange Business Services
Overall accountability & responsibility Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for digital integration solutions.
Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their business requirements, pain points, and digital integration needs.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the practice head, delivery team, and solution architects, to design and develop custom digital integration solutions that meet customer needs.
Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and effectively with existing systems and processes.
Ensuring that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and value of the proposed digital integration solutions.
Conducting product and solution demonstrations for potential customers to showcase the features and functionality of digital integration solutions.
Responding to RFPs (request for proposals) and RFIs (request for information) from potential customers with detailed proposals and solutions.
Supporting the sales team in negotiations and closing deals by providing technical and solution expertise.
Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful handoff of the project from the presales phase to the delivery phase.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital integration technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure that proposals and solutions are cutting-edge and innovative.
Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in digital integration projects.
Analyzing data and metrics to measure digital solutions' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends and evaluating their potential impact on the organization's operations and processes.
