Service Coordinator

Position Summary
The Service coordinator position is responsible for managing repair tickets, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, remote troubleshooting and assistance, recording information accurately and follow up with customers regarding the resolution of the repair ticket.
A successful candidate will have experience quoting service repairs, dispatching technicians, multi-tasking, working under pressure and handling upset clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Service Manager to coordinate the activities of the Service department.
Serve as the liaison between Service, Sales, and the customer.
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
Dispatch techs and contractors to customer locations
Regularly monitor reports on open service issues and ensure resolution
Schedule technicians
Initiate and follow up on quotes for customers
This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned

Qualifications High School Diploma
Knowledge of access control/alarm equipment, sound and communication, CCTV systems (analog and IP), computer network systems
Network troubleshooting experience required.
Core Competencies At least 2 years of experience in networking, IP schemes, WAN/LAN design.
