As our Client Strategy Director, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction for our diverse clientele and fostering a vibrant, diverse team of leads and supervisors. This dynamic position involves developing robust media plans, honing business goals, and managing budget forecasts while facilitating professional growth within your team.

Navigating through clients’ internal structures, you will build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and overcoming any potential roadblocks. With a deep understanding of performance metrics and a focus on continuous improvement, you will lead executive-level communication and strategic planning, cultivating lasting relationships and driving results toward performance goals.

Your role will also encompass active participation in client meetings, collaboration with media leads to foster critical partnerships, and providing subject matter expertise to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring the team and the client have the appropriate dashboards for data analysis, you will oversee the execution of key projects, leading and delegating resource management.

You will lead, build, and advise on developing digital strategy and marketing plans while collaborating closely with Channel and Client Strategy leaders to deliver exceptional results and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Channel and Client Strategy leaders to synchronize efforts and deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.

Drive results towards performance goals, utilizing expertise in lower funnel strategy with paid search and paid social, and report progress to key decision-makers.

Lead and advise on the development of digital strategy and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.

Manage budgets and forecasts with precision, and identifying opportunities for incremental enhancements.

Apply strong operations rigor to ensure accurate financial planning and execution.

Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning, addressing any issues effectively to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.

Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team and with clients.

Employ enhanced storytelling techniques to create more engaging and compelling narratives in client presentations, improving client engagement and satisfaction.

Oversee the execution of crucial projects, including onboarding and strategic initiatives across the client base.

Ensure access to appropriate dashboards for data analysis, leveraging expertise in various attribution methods (MTA, MMM, & Last Click) to guide strategic decisions and optimizations.

Skills & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years of relevant work supporting retail apparel clients

4+ years in a supervisory management role

Demonstrated management and team development skills

Solid analytical background with experience in managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective

Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click)

Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for reporting and presenting to clients
